Dollar Weakens as Bonds, Precious Metals Climb on Yellen

The Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index lost 0.2 percent by 6:28 a.m. in New York as the currency declined against all but two of its 16 major peers. The MSCI All-Country World Index advanced 0.2 percent, surpassing its closing record in intraday trading.
