Microsoft says Elop, Rudder to leave in management overhaul

Microsoft Corp. said Stephen Elop, Kirill Tatarinov and Eric Rudder will leave as the company streamlines its management. Executive Vice President Terry Myerson will lead a newly formed Windows and Devices Group, while Executive Vice President Scott Guthrie will continue to lead the Cloud and Enterprise group, the software maker said Wednesday. Microsoft is changing its senior leadership team to focus on three key areas: productivity and business processes, cloud platforms and personal computing.
