Asia stocks mostly higher; Nikkei at new 15-year highs

Asian stocks were mostly higher on February 23 2015 morning as investors cheered a last-minute deal to extend Greece's bailout by four months; Tokyo led the charge with the benchmark Nikkei adding to a 15-year high as it rose 0.73%, or 134.62 points Asian markets mostly rose on the first trading day of the Year of the Sheep, buoyed by a bailout deal between Greece and the euro zone last week.
