What drones as aircraft means for Amazon

The National Transportation Safety Board ruled on Tuesday that drones are regular aircraft and are to be treated as such. This ruling basically affirms the Federal Aviation Administration’s authority over the drone industry which is growing by leaps and bounds. The problem is the agency has not come out with a clear cut set of guidelines yet for commercial use.
