Over the weekend, AOL Chief Executive Tim Armstrong reversed a recent change to his employees' 401(k) plans and apologized for comments he made to explain the initial move -- last week he attributed the change to higher healthcare costs, naming Obamacare and two staffers' "distressed babies" as adding milions of dollars to the company's bills. Putting the foot-in-mouth issues aside, bigger picture, should employees be concerned about other companies moving to change their retirement benefits?
